What is the entry-level operation process for CNC machining parts?

Today, we mainly explain the function of each key on the operating panel of the processing center, so that students can master the adjustment of the processing center and the preparation work before processing, as well as the method of program input and modification. Finally, taking a specific part as an example, this paper explains the basic operation process of the processing part of the processing center, so that the students have a clear understanding of the operation of the processing center.

Processing requirements

Preparatory work

Before processing, complete the related preparation work, including process analysis and process route design, tool and fixture selection, programming, etc..

III. Operational Steps and Contents

1, boot, manual return to the origin of the machine tool for each axis

2, tool preparation

According to the processing requirements, select the <S> 20 vertical milling cutter, <S> 5 center drill, and <S> 8 hemp drill, and then use the spring CLIP handle to mount the <S> 20 vertical milling cutter. The cutter number is set to T01, and the drill handle handle is used to mount the case. The tool number is set to T02 and T03. The tool finder for the knife tool is mounted on the spring CLIP handle and the tool number is set to T04.

3, the handle of the tool has been fitted into the tool library manually, namely

(1) Enter "T01 M06" and execute;

(2) Manual installation of the T01 tool on the spindle;

(3) Follow the above steps and put T02, T03, and T04 into the knife bank in turn.

4, clean worktable, install fixture and workpiece

Clean and install the flat vise on the clean work table, find the right through the scale, find the vise, and then install the workpiece on the vise.

5, against the knife, determine and enter the parameter of the workpiece coordinate system

(1) Use the edge finder to pair the knife to determine the zero-partial values of X and Y, and the zero-partial values of X and Y; Enter into the workpiece coordinate system G54, and the Z in G54 loses 0 to zero;

(2) Place the Z axis setter on the upper surface of the workpiece, pull the No. 1 tool from the tool bank and install the main shaft. Use this tool to determine the Z to zero partial value of the workpiece coordinate system, and input the Z to zero partial value. In the machine tool's corresponding length compensation code, The "+" and "-'' numbers are determined by G43 and G44 in the program. If the length compensation instruction in the program is G43, the Z-0 value of"-'' is entered into the machine tool's corresponding length compensation code;

(3) Enter the Z to zero partial value of the No. 2 and No. 3 tools into the corresponding length compensation code of the machine tool in the same step.

6, input processing procedures

The computer generated processing program is transferred to the memory of the machine tool CNC system through data lines.

7, debug processing program

Debugging is carried out by running the workpiece coordinate system along + Z direction translation.

(1) Debug the main program and check whether the 3 knives have completed the knife replacement action according to the process design;

(2) Debug 3 sub-programs corresponding to 3 knives respectively to check whether the tool actions and machining paths are correct.

8, automatic processing

After confirming that the program is correct, the Z value of the workpiece coordinate system is restored to the original value, and the fast moving multiplier switch and the cutting feed multiplier switch are hit the low file. Press the CNC start key to run the program and start processing. Watch tool track and remaining moving distance during machining.

9, take off the workpiece, conduct testing

Select the cursor caliper for size detection, and after the test, carry out quality analysis.

10, cleaning the processing site

11, shut down
